At Cashmere by Miller delivery is always Free of Charge inside EU.
UK
We use Royal Mail signed for delivery for the UK which we believe provide a highly efficient delivery service. UK orders are normally delivered in 2-3* working days but please give us a call if you need your product earlier or by a specific date.
EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
Delivery to Non UK addresses is also free of charge! We use only Royal Mail. We don't provide any courier service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery is not free of charge. Please send us an e-mail if you buy for an address outside EU.
Royal Mail provide an inexpensive and efficient delivery service but if you want a courier service, a small packages are shipped via Insured Courier for about £10.00. All other International orders are shipped via Insured Courier for about £22.00 -up to 2Kg - please contact us prior to placing order.

We aim to process your order within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), hopefully sooner and all orders are dispatched by Post Office first Class post or Parcel Delivery or courier. Please allow up to 10 working Days for Delivery although we expect this to be far less, normally 2-4 days.
Goods that will be delivered outside the European Union may be subject also to additional charge levied by Customs and Excise at the country of destination. The reason is that people outside the EU may be liable to pay Import Duty to Customs. This is beyond our control and as such can make no guarantee of whether you will have to pay or how much it will be. CBM accept no responsibility for any Import duties levied by Customs and Excise. If you have any doubts about Duty we recommend you contact the Customs office in your home country for more information.
STOCK INFORMATION
There are occasions when items are not in stock, we will enquire of our suppliers. When such situations arise we endeavour to give a realistic delivery date of any outstanding item. When this does happen you will not incur any additional postal costs.
