Returns
Should the product you have ordered for some reason not fit your expectations then you have 14 days to return it for a full refund.
If goods are returned sender is liable for any postage costs, these will be deducted on any refunds given on satisfactory return of goods. Returned goods received by CBM should have all tags and packaging in good re-saleable condition. We of course only accept return products that has never been used and it its original packaging. If this is not the case no refund will be given. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and it is recommended that insurance is applied to cover any loss. We recommend obtaining proof of posting for all returns. We will contact you as soon as we receive your return to let you know when the refund has been carried out or when the goods to be exchanged have been sent out.
Outside of EU
If you are sending the goods from outside of European Union countries, you have to fill in customs declaration. You should also write clearly on the outside of the package "RETURNED/EXCHANGE goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance who otherwise may stop the parcel and impose import duties, which would create additional problems. When posting return goods from outside the EU, you are responsible for paying any customs levies or duties on those goods payable either on exit from your country or on entry to the UK. If the goods which you have sent back to us are kept in customs because you have not paid those levies or duties, we will not have received them. If you do not follow these instructions and Customs charge duty on the return we will reject the parcel and it will be returned to you. Because it is your responsibility to pay all customs duties, legally you will not have returned the goods to us / kept them in your care, and so will not be entitled to any refund / exchange. If relevant, your moneys will be refunded upon satisfactory receipt of goods
We accept no liability for items lost in the post. You must include a note of your name, order number and the action required with your return. Where you and we agree that an exchange of goods is appropriate, we reserve the right to charge you our costs for posting the exchange goods to you. Similarly, where the goods are returned to us as undelivered by your postal service, and we agree to re-send them to you, you will have to pay the additional postage costs.
